Admissions ๐
Guidance for Admission
1. If you require a place for a Nursery child, you can contact school any time to speak to our office staff about applying and then complete the admission form below. Once you have completed the form with as much detail as you can, please bring your childโs full and original birth certificate into school. We will copy the birth certificate and put it in our file together with the completed admission form. This will be considered, following our Admission Policy criteria, along with all other applications received, at the time of decision making which is usually just before Easter.
2. For all other classes, ie. Reception, Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, you should apply to the Admissions Department at the Local Authority, (Telephone Number 0161 245 7166) in order for them to give you instructions on how to apply online. Or, alternatively, you can call into school to pick up a Local Authority School Application form. Once this is completed, it should be sent back to the Local Authority. Address is shown on the form.
3. If your child does not receive a place in our school as you requested, then you are able to appeal the decision. In the case of Nursery children, you would write to the Chair of Governors, and for all other children you would contact the Admissions Team at the Local Authority, Tel: 0161 245 7166.
Please visit our Policies page to see the specific admissions arrangements for each academic year.
